Paul Hatch, CEO
Paul Hatch has deep experience in the wealth management industry, driving growth at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, heading all Global Products and serving as Vice Chairman. He moved to UBS as Group Managing Director, Head of Investment Products and Services for the Americas, gaining knowledge of the research and technology critical for maximizing advisor and client success. Paul has a deep understanding of the dynamics of the RIA business, serving on the Board of Focus Financial, the leading provider of capital to Independent Advisor businesses and later founding Vestria Capital. Paul attended the US Naval Academy and served as an Officer after graduation.
James Stoker, COO
James Stoker brings unmatched experience, managing multibillion-dollar portfolios and delivering impressive growth for institutional and high-net-worth clients. James has decades of experience as an Institutional Consulting Group Director at Morgan Stanley and Citi Smith Barney. Jim is known for revolutionizing alternative investment strategies and creating innovative structures to broaden access to high-value assets. Jim has deep experience managing large, culturally aligned teams serving institutional clients. Jim is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army, FA.
Jamie Constantine, CDO
Jamie Constantine brings high growth potential businesses together with capital providers interested in innovative and strategic use of funds. He began his career as a wealth advisor at Morgan Stanley (and predecessor firms) and was named many times to the Morgan Stanley distinguished honor groups during his 35-year tenure. Today he leads an Investment Banking and Business Consultancy, advising on corporate structure and the best mix of funding to ensure the company’s long-term success. He is also Managing Director of Pave Finance, a SaaS platform providing bespoke investment recommendations using artificial intelligence. Jamie is a graduate of Iowa State University where he was Class President.
